These terms apply to your use of Soccer United Football Supplies’ website, in-store purchases, and mobile van purchases. Please read them carefully.

1. Website Use

Scope: These terms cover visits to our website (soccerunited.co.nz), purchases made online, participation in our database, and promotions.
Content Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, errors may occur. Soccer United Football Supplies is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on content on this site. You are responsible for the actions you take based on this information.
Content Changes: Soccer United Football Supplies reserves the right to change site content without notice.
No Warranties: To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Soccer United Football Supplies does not provide warranties for merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from viruses, accuracy, or availability of our website or any linked sites.

2. Ordering Goods and Services

Placing an Order: When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. This includes adding products to your cart, providing delivery and payment information, and submitting your order.
Order Confirmation: We will email you to confirm receipt and acceptance of your order. Once accepted, your order cannot be cancelled.
Payment: Payment is taken when your order is accepted.
Limitations: We do not supply trade quantities and may limit the number of items per transaction.

3. Refusing or Cancelling Orders

Soccer United Football Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • The goods or services are no longer available.

  • We believe the order is for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling).

  • We suspect the order was placed fraudulently.

  • There is an error in the price or description of goods or services.

This right to cancel applies even after your order has been accepted.

4. E-Gift Vouchers

  • E-Gift Vouchers are excluded from promotions or discount codes.

  • E-Gift Vouchers are processed automatically at the time of purchase and delivered electronically to the nominated email address.

  • Afterpay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

6. Card Security

All payments use SSL encryption. Some transactions may require proof of ID. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

7. Pricing

Currency: All prices on www.soccerunited.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include New Zealand GST, even for orders shipped outside New Zealand.
Price Changes: Prices may change without notice. Online and in-store prices may differ.

8. Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand and to residential addresses in Australia only.

8.1 New Zealand Deliveries
Refer to our Shipping page for current delivery options and pricing.

8.2 Australia Deliveries

  • Delivery is to residential street addresses only (no PO Boxes).

  • Orders are processed and dispatched from New Zealand.

  • Typical delivery timeframe is approximately one (1) week from dispatch, subject to courier networks and customs clearance.

  • All orders are charged in NZD and include New Zealand GST.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes payable in Australia.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch from our premises.

  • Refer to our Shipping page for current delivery pricing.

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 New Zealand Customers
Our standard Returns Policy applies as set out on our Returns page.

Excluded from Returns Policy
Mizuno MIJ, Mizuno Made in Japan, and Mizuno Japan football boots are excluded from our returns policy. We cannot accept these products as a return for any reason. In the unlikely event there is a product defect, please contact us directly.

Spring Boot Sale - boots are excluded from our returns policy. We cannot accept these products as a return for any reason. We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

9.2 Australian Customers

  • Defective Items: Refunds (including shipping) will be issued after the product has been returned, inspected, and confirmed by Soccer United Football Supplies as being defective.

  • Wrong Size / Change of Mind: Customers may request an exchange or store credit. All shipping costs (both directions) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Return Condition: Returned products must be in original packaging, with all labels attached, unused, and in saleable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Excluded from Returns Policy

10. Accessing Our Service

You may only access Soccer United Football Supplies’ websites via HTTP requests using a web browser. You must not disrupt or interfere with our services or use our site for unlawful purposes.

Our website is intended for customers shopping for our products and services. Soccer United Football Supplies is not liable for any loss or damage from advice, information, or omissions on this site. Content may change at any time.

16. Consumer Guarantees Act

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies only to purchases made by individuals for personal, domestic, or household use in New Zealand. Products purchased for commercial or business purposes are excluded from the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Australian consumer protection laws do not apply to purchases from Soccer United Football Supplies.

17. Comments Policy

We welcome relevant and respectful comments on our social media and blog. We may remove comments at our discretion.

18. Price Matching

Online Price Match

  • Complete the Price Match form and submit.

  • If confirmed, we will send you a discount code for the exact product and size.

  • If declined, we will advise by email.

In-Store Price Match

  • Please see us in-store with a screenshot or details of the cheaper product and we will confirm or decline on the spot.

Criteria

  • Price Match must be from a store that has a physical shop in New Zealand – not just a website store.

  • Competitor pricing must be from New Zealand – no overseas stores including Australia.

  • Pricing must be current – not from an expired promotion or sale.

  • The product must match exactly – including condition, brand, model, colour, and size.

  • Price Matching does not apply to Australian customers.

  • Soccer United Football Supplies reserves the right not to provide a Price Match based entirely on our own judgement, including suspected manipulation of pricing, excessive requests, or any other reason at our discretion.

19. Reserved Products – Future Release Items

From time to time, Soccer United Football Supplies may offer products that are available to reserve prior to being physically held in stock. These products are clearly marked on our website or in promotional material using terms such as "Reserve Yours" or "Reserve Now."

By purchasing a Reserved Product, you agree to the following conditions:

a. Nature of Reserved Products
Reserved Products are not available for immediate dispatch and are offered for future delivery once stock becomes available. Estimated arrival and shipping dates will be listed on the product page where possible, but are subject to change due to supplier schedules, production delays, and freight disruptions.

b. Payment and Order Commitment
Full payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm your place in the queue for delivery allocation. Your reservation will be processed in the order it was received. Placing a reservation does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

c. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request a cancellation or change to your Reserved Product order prior to dispatch. Cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Changes to size or style may be possible but are subject to availability at the time of release.

d. Delays or Non-Supply
While Soccer United Football Supplies will make every effort to fulfill Reserved Product orders, in the event that a product becomes unavailable or delivery is significantly delayed, we will contact you with options including a full refund or substitution (where available and agreed).

e. Returns
Once delivered, Reserved Products are subject to the same Returns Policy as regular stock items. For more information, refer to our Returns section.

f. Limited Quantities
Reserved Products are offered in limited quantities. We reserve the right to close off reservations at any time without notice once allocation is exhausted.

g. Communication
Customers will be notified via email when Reserved Products are ready for shipment or collection.
