  • Shipping Costs: Extra large or bulky items may incur shipping costs different from those listed for standard items.
  • Correct Shipping Charge: Correct Shipping Charge is the amount it cost Soccer United Football Supplies to deliver your order. If your order does not include the correct shipping charge, we reserve the right to:
    • a) Refund your order in full, or
    • b) Request additional payment to cover the correct shipping cost as per our shipping terms and conditions.
  • Delivery Destination: Ensure you select the correct delivery destination at checkout. If we believe an incorrect destination has been selected, we may:
    • Contact you to arrange additional payment for the correct shipping, or
    • Cancel and refund your order.
  • Shipping Rate Miscalculation: If the shipping calculated in the order is insufficient to cover our actual shipping cost, we will contact you to advise the additional cost and then collect payment, or cancel the order.

Delivery Details

  • Signature Optional: Signing for delivery is optional. However, if your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days using our online form.
  • Lost/Damaged Goods: We will use the information provided to file a claim with our courier company. Once we receive confirmation that the delivery was unsuccessful, we will offer you a choice of:
    • A replacement item, or
    • A full refund.

Click and Collect

  • Selecting Store: When placing your order, you can choose to collect it from one of our stores by selecting the "Click and Collect" option at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a collection reference. You must present this reference when collecting your order.
  • Collection Notification: Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email and/or text if you have opted for this notification method during checkout.
  • Order Holding Period: We will hold your order at the selected store for up to 30 days after notifying you that it is ready for collection. If you do not collect your order within 30 days, we will cancel and refund your order to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation Notification: If your order is canceled and refunded, we will notify you by email.

Delivery Period

  • Delivery during the Christmas/New Year Period delivery will take longer than usual as our courier partners do not operate on public holidays. 
  • Delivery Times: Delivery lead times may vary depending on the product and your location. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than indicated.
  • Dispatch Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
  • Successful Delivery: To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the package.
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order by clicking on the link in the dispatch email. Registered users can also track their orders through the "Order History" section in their "My Account" area.
