  • EXCHANGE? YES - and if its full price Football Boots then we will cover the cost of sending the exchanged boots back to you

At Soccer United Football Supplies, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is our detailed returns policy to ensure you understand the process and conditions for returning items. Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

IMPORTANT - the returns policy for football boots (senior and junior) is different to the returns policy for all other products.

Returns | Non-Faulty Items

You can return football boots to Soccer United Football Supplies under the following conditions:

How to Return:

  • In-Person: Bring the item to our store at 443 Anglesea Street, Hamilton.
  • By Courier: Send the item to Soccer United , 443 Anglesea Street, Hamilton 3204 
  • Complete RETURNS FORM prior to sending goods back

Conditions for Return:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused. The tags and labels must still be attached. There must be no wear marks on the cleats / sprigs. The boot must be in entirely brand-new condition. This will be verified upon inspection.
  • Send back in box: The football boots must be returned in their original box
  • No Marks or Scent: The item must have no marks including (but not limited to) makeup, food, ink, dirt or any other mark AND/OR scent including (but not limited to) body odour, perfume, deodorant, food, or any other scent that we deem to be unacceptable as judged solely by Soccer United. Rigorous checking procedures ensure the items leave Soccer United free of marks and scent.
  • Tags & Packaging: Original tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged.
  • Return Timeframe: The item must be received by Soccer United within 10 days of purchase.
  • You must pay for goods being sent back to Soccer United we do not offer free returns.
  • Purchase Details: Include details of your purchase, such as your name and contact information, with the return.
  • Inspection: The returned item must pass our inspection to qualify for an exchange, refund or store-credit.

Outcome:

If all criteria are met we will;

  • Football Boots - Exchange : exchange the item (you will need to pay for sending the exchange to Soccer United - but we will then provide the 1st exchange back to you FREE OF CHARGE! - Football Boots only)
  • Other product - Exchange : exchange the item (you will need to pay for sending the unwanted item to Soccer United AND the cost of sending the exchanged product back to you for any item that is not Football Boots) ; or
  • Football Boots - Refund - we only provide refunds on Football Boots that were purchased at full price (ie were not on sale when you purchased them); or
  • Other product - Refund : we do not provide refunds on any product other than Full Price Football Boots
  • Football Boots - Store Credit : we can issue store credit for returned Football Boots. This is provided in the form of Gift Cards.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that Soccer United does not cover shipping costs for returning the football boots or any other items to our store
  • Football Boots purchased at full price: Soccer United will ship your first exchange FOR NO SHIPPING COST - all subsequent exchanges related to the initial order will incur shipping / delivery fees at our usual pricing
  • Football Boots purchased on sale: exchanges will incur shipping / delivery fees payable in advance of the goods being exchanged and sent to you. This will be at our usual shipping / delivery rates.

Returns | Faulty Goods

For items that are faulty, please follow the instructions below:

How to Return:

  • In-Person: Bring the faulty item to our store at 443 Anglesea Street, Hamilton.
  • By Courier: Send the faulty item to Soccer United, 443 Anglesea Street, Hamilton 3214

What to Include:

  • Include details of your purchase, such as a copy of the receipt or invoice, and your contact information.
  • Provide a clear description of the fault.

Process:

  • Once we receive the item, we will investigate the fault. Based on our findings, the item may be:
    • Repaired
    • Replaced
    • Refunded

Repairs:

  • Repairs will be handled by the supplier, not Soccer United. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:

  • Warranty periods and the availability of replacement items are determined by the manufacturer and are beyond Soccer United's control. However, we will strive to secure a prompt repair, replacement, or refund and keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Football Boots & Futsal Shoes Purchased Online

We strongly recommend visiting our store to try on football boots and futsal shoes before making an online purchase.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

Returning Items Not in Original Condition or Outside the 10-Day Timeframe:

  • We are unable to accept returns for items that are not in their original condition (including packaging and tags) or that are returned after 10 days from the purchase date, except in the case of faulty items.
  • If an item is returned under these conditions, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the return of the item to you, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Returning Items from Overseas

  • Soccer United Football Supplies cannot accept exchanges or returns for items sent from overseas addresses.

New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

  • Soccer United Football Supplies Limited complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items.
